ABOUT
My name is Zoe and I'm a photographer and director based in London, yet my camera has taken me on many journeys worldwide. I specialise in social documentary photography, portraiture, music & culture.
My creative journey began as a graphic designer. Sat in front of a screen and in need of more human connections, I picked up a camera. Working for a music magazine at the time I captured gigs and festivals around the UK and Europe. Over the years my work evolved into a journalistic documentary style of storytelling.
I believe in immersing myself in communities to truly understand their experiences. My camera allows me access into people’s lives and it’s what I love the most. Connection and building trust are at the core of my work, both in front and behind the lens. This approach extends to my commercial work, where I bring an authentic, photo-journalistic style.
